We are a guide, not a lender. NYS is a business-funding marketplace and referral service. We do not make loans, advances, or credit decisions. All funding is offered, approved, and provided by independent third-party funding partners under their own terms. Nothing on this site is a commitment to fund.
1. Eligibility
Our services are for businesses and business owners, age 18+, in the United States. Funding requests are for commercial purposes only — not personal, family, or household use.
2. No guarantee of funding or terms
Funding amounts, speed, approval odds, rates, and terms shown on this site (including phrases like "24 hours" and "$10K–$5M") describe typical or possible outcomes across our partner network. Your results depend on your business profile and the funding partner's underwriting. Some files take longer; some are declined.
3. Illustrative examples and testimonials
Customer stories, timelines, notification examples, and figures shown on this site are illustrative of typical funded files and may be composites. They are not a promise of your outcome.
4. Credit checks
Viewing offers through NYS involves a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. A funding partner may later perform a hard inquiry for specific products — only with your authorization.
5. Communications
By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive calls, texts, and emails from NYS and its funding partners about your request — including via automated dialing systems and AI-assisted voice agents — as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time.
6. Compensation disclosure
NYS is typically paid a referral fee or commission by funding partners when a funding transaction closes. This compensation may influence which partners we present. You are never charged a fee to see your options.
7. Acceptable use
- Provide accurate, truthful information about yourself and your business.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the site.
- No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use.
8. Intellectual property
All site content, branding, and design are owned by NYS or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NYS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts, omissions, products, or terms of any third-party funding partner. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, NY.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
